- Donations: All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or returned.
- Subscriptions / Services: Fees for QR code Starter Kits and subscription renewals are final and non-refundable.
- Errors: If you believe you made a payment error (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us within 30 days at info@savemyfurbaby.org or (888) 578-4986. We will review your request and correct any verified errors
